Theory exam (previously read from the SSI app, once you make the deposit we will set up a user in the app and you will have access to all the necessary theoretical material and more!)
Then we will go to practice where a pool is generally used, but since we love nature and want to provide the best for our students, we go from day 1 to discover and enjoy cenotes
For this first day we do not need great depth

Most importantly, you will feel safe and fluid in the aquatic world and then move to the next level ... depth!

Today we will enter the depth of the cenote and ourselves. The techniques learned yesterday will help us a lot ! We will use a buy devise and a line to guide us.

- Dive relaxing and properly to 10mt
Develop three exercises:
- Raise only helping from our arms
